The American College Personnel Association-College Student Educators International and Diverse: Issues in Higher Education have selected the University of Maryland Division of Student Affairs as one of the 30 Most Promising Places to Work in Student Affairs for 2021.
The list takes into account factors such as workplace diversity, staffing practices and work environment, using a web-based survey to examine categories such as family friendliness, salary/benefits and professional development opportunities.
The Division of Student Affairs is committed to ensuring that its 1,000-plus staff members have a supportive, developmental work environment that actualizes departmental missions, attends to individual and collective needs, and facilitates employee growth and development.
