Elizabeth Warner runs the campus astronomy Observatory, which is used extensively for introductory astronomy classes, research projects, and outreach. The Observatory has four permanently mounted telescopes on site and a collection of 12 portable telescopes used both on- and off-site. Warner can speak to reporters about an upcoming or recent celestial event. She does 'amateur' observing and can answer most questions related to observing stuff in the night sky.
